The Gold Coast’s iconic Focus Apartments is positioned on the Surfers Paradise Esplanade on the Gold Coast. Offering self-contained residential and holiday letting apartments, the Body Corporate chose SafeAir to carry out duct cleaning services on the buildings exhaust ventilation systems, along with modernising (replacing) exhaust air vents and volume control dampers.

Exhaust air suction was greatly reduced due to build-up of matter, which in turn affected apartment bathroom, en-suite and laundry areas throughout the building.

By utilising our effective duct cleaning methods, SafeAir technicians successfully removed build-up from within the ventilation duct system, reducing potential risks and hazards from occurring.

The exhaust ventilation systems associated roof exhaust fans and ductwork were also cleaned for greater overall system efficiency.

SafeAir technicians worked in conjunction with management daily, meeting scheduling requirements and with no disruption to tenants and guests.
